I could be mistaken, but I think if they do a reverse split the A/S will go up. If they have 3.5 billion O/S now, and do a 1 for 100 split, there would be 35 million O/S.

They are authorized to issue 10 billion, so basically they would have 9+ billion shares to issue.

We'll just have to wait and see.
