I understand your concerns about the share price but I can assure you that there is no dilution from the company whatsoever. Any plans on dilution would be discussed in advance in PRs or filings. The announcement of the merger with PresentAll is great news and the company hopes to close this as soon as possible to move forward with maximizing shareholder value.

Dustin Sector forwarded my message to the IR agent.
Basically it says that people are doing this based on skepticism and are basically waiting until the actual merge occurs as was also stated by an analyst report I looked up.
