Actually, that's why I waited 0.0002 selling this morning after I saw PR and tried to my 20M. I've been watching this stock since it hits 0.0001 last year, went all previous PRs.
See how buyers take the same old typical PRs very differently from now on. If your logic is correct, we should've seen lots of selling and hit 0.0001 today. But soon after 6M sell on 0.0002, someone wiped out 2's on ask. When trend of pps changes, sentiment on PR changes as well. Even negative PRs work positively.
