I agree with you completely and have been a buyer of PTQ for years. I have never sold a share. I posted the indian news inasmuch as it is definitely mine related. Fortunately it is all taking place many miles away from Cobre Panama and Petaquilla and concerns a different deposit, Cerro Colorado.
However, this will firm up the governments stance, if that was ever needed, and if you want to get really into conspiracy, perhaps it is giving the government a reason to imprison all of the activists and leaders against mining. I can think of no other reason for sending Carles back into personal danger a second time to talk to the idiots. Probably from now on it is just too tangential to PTQ, but it is really interesting to watch.
IMO any shares bought below $3.00 are a good long term investment. Nobody else agrees with me, but that is not unusual.
