The old same typical PRs caused dilution in the past will be taken to buyers differently when stock price broke up the strong resistance 0.0002 from 0.0001 and stays above it for days. That's why stock moves. Same company, but stock moves to make money. This stock gotta move now. When movers and buyers both agree on it, it will go up on and on even when bad PRs come out.
