Hey fellows,

in the German board, we are discussing how to request for jury trial or adjournment to 3rd curcuit, to clear some things.

One guy stated, that there is no statment about shareholders meeting - last one was in 2008, the assets are unvalued till now and last but not least the misjudgement regarding caymans.

Further the missing asset list (3.1a), the role of BR in this process, his 180 degree turnaround in 2010. The BOD isn't authorised to cancel equity's value, it wasn't elected by equity. No transparency in the bid processing organized by FDIC. The collaboration of the SEC (disallowance project Fillmore). Fictitious claims (e.g. IRS, first the claim was valued in about 12 bn $ then they hat to pay 5.7 bn $ or the policemen claim (Martha-claim), which could reanimated by BR anytime, when equity comes into money. Then capital ratio of JPM before during and after the seizure of WMB. Denying of FDIC to produce requested documents during examination or delivering unnecessary documents (wale watching). This all are points to make necessary an appeal before a higher court.

In the US Constitution of the founders in article 4 you find something about ownership rights, so Rosen is breaking these old rights, I can't believe, somebody is stealing a hole bank and nobody, neither the DOJ nor the govt is able to send them to jail. Oh, I forgot, FDIC is govt., FED too and SEC is also govt.

My opinion is to make an objection against the hole process, could be wrong, so I want to read your oppositions / opinions. The last sentence in this objection could be "".... and therefore we request the abort of the proceeding and adjournment to a higher court or jury trial ....". What do you think?

It's just my opinion, no motion of UIE.
