Me I think way off in left field
I think someone is trying to control pps by putting more shares out there
So we can't have as big of gap up
But eventually those shares will get gobbled up like all the rest and we will have gap because of supply and demand
Furthermore they keep issuing shares one day shareholders will own majority of company
So I don't think they are doing anything that is going to be conflicting with share price
CEO own a bunch I'm sure one day she will want to make some $$$ too
