Unless we went back to the 19th century, I agree.
What I'm basically saying is that this is a fabulous opportunity for the U.S. We've got the land, the machinery, the workers, the know-how.
In anything but an over-complicated, grossly inefficient, right-hand-has-no-communication-with-the-left hand bureaucracy, the potential producer would be all over this.
Unfortunately, that's just what we've got.
