I'm surprised Google and Yahoo aren't listed as defendants.

The lawsuit charges Investors Hub and several alias posters with publishing false libelous statements about Eade, which were distributed throughout the Internet on other web sites and on the search engines “Google” and “Yahoo,”

He could be suing for $400 BILLION! Not a mere $400 million!

And if you're going to ask for $4 billion, might as well as for a TRILLION!!!

Yes, this is a publicity stunt. However, one that may backfire and allow iHub to return the favor. iHub is getting a lot of bad publicity out there over all this.
