Even if it is dilution, at least it isn't raping the stock like some of the other companies I have seen do it.

All the people holding their shares know this company has huge potential and the added volume will help propel this thing much higher than has been done in the past by giving this stock exposure and helping show that it has legs.

It shows that people actually want to be part of this company.
