IDSM - will own 40% of $330 million annual revenue company?? Only 12m market cap? Big steal IMH - NI43-101 says extremely high grade graphite in their mine expecting to pull in $18-25k per tonne (average is around $2000/ton). Expect to be able to pull 658000 tonnes out of the mine over 40 years. Do the math! IPO on the venture expected end of the month.
