TFWG: If I remember correctly, a POS was defined in one of the documents as a person with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, with communications experience, or something like that. In other words how someone who is familiar with the subject matter would ordinarily interpret the wording.


Who is the 'person of skill' the court will rely on to interpet this and other documents in this dispute? The word smithing is amazing.
