Do these reporters have a clue as to HOW the patent owner came in possession of these patents? Patent owners are a leech on innovation? Without people putting money into R&D inventing and developing new technology, we wouldn't have new technology but these idiot reporters can't understand that? I bet this same reporter and newspaper would sue if someone used these articles without proper approval from the newspaper and yet what does it take to develop this story, maybe an hour? How many years does it take to develop even just one patent? I can't stand the fact that IDCC's management and investor relations allow these type of articles to be printed without so much of a letter to the editor. Come on management, protect your reputation.
