They increased the A/S. They're not doing a R/S.

The sp will not be adjusted. It'll be impacted by the dilution to come. That's all.

Outstanding Shares :

08/17/09: 33,575,875

12/31/09: 36,027,869

01/11/10: 36,592,730

02/16/10: 37,302,609

03/08/10: 45,477,844

08/16/10: 51,808,102

Apparently, they were getting to close to the A/S of 80,000,000.

Now, they have plenty to sell and won't have to raise it again for awhile.
