1. "Sam is delaying this." Why? that is such a dumb excuse, and it isn't logical at all there'd be no reason to delay it. It's either he wants to do this or he doesn't want to do this. He doesn't want to do this. Now I look to the time of the Settlement Agreement.

2. "Why don't you look at Sam?" Because we have Fox News Channel here barraging Sam with he's this he's that. The ones who say things about Sam say nothing about Paul at all.
- Furthermore, the people here like to leave out certain pieces of information. "Paul was required to put out a PR about mediation." Go read the docs and tell me what he was SUPPOSED TO say. No one here ever mentioned what he was SUPPOSED TO say. You look over that, just like everyone else that is scared.

October 20th: Mr Lee shall deliver all tangible BioHarp assets...Yeah? Well, on or before October 11th, Mr. Lee was supposed to receive his stock certificates. Furthermore, on October 7th, Pauly boy decided to poor another 750million common shares without telling his business partner Sam. Was Sam supposed to lay down and give in?

When Paul decides to post PR's like he owns the Bioharp and he CLEARLY doesn't, how do you not ridicule him? Are you guys scared to accept the truth? Just keep blaming Sam while he and Paul laughs at you guys. This board sure did a good job of covering up Paul's faults.
