I know you aren't here in flesh but somewhere watching over us cook...so here it is: Cooked 50lbs of Jambalaya today. Venison meat and Venison Sausage for our annual "BEAST FEAST" Where hunters in the Indianapolis area get together and raise money for a local battered woman's shelter. Last night we put together 500 Kabobs- Duck/Goose and cooked them also today. Gonna be a good night!
