so mgmt shows jd/glenn and KM but not kendrick

Not sure what SEC filing you are looking at. "Jimmy" Kendrick is clearly listed as a "beneficial owner" who controls 10% or more of EXPH shares. It is blatantly obvious and the link is right here for all to read:

PG 2/9 At the top of the page the filing states "Enter the information for the following". The second bullet down states "beneficial owner having the power to vote, dispose or direct the disposition of 10% or more...of the equities of the issuer". Below that listed directly above Karl Malone and below Glenn Harrs is Jimmy Kendrick listed as a "beneficial owner":

As I mentioned before, I don't see what other conclusion could be drawn from this filing unless one would be implying the filing is fraudulent or has been purposefully altered since it was filed in January 2007...which would be a felony. IMHO.
