so mgmt shows jd/glenn and KM but not kendrick

i don't think so

per mgmt .. kendrick was an approx 2 percent investor
and imo those shares were sold back in march 2010 so
he could do restricted at .001 .. i also strongly suspect
he bought MILLIONS of shares on the open market from april
thru his BOD appointment .. someone was sucking up every
share that MM ETMM was selling at .0004 this past july

it's gonna be really interesting to see what kendrick
holds re: exph shares .. i know some who think it's in
excess of 500M ~
