Have to agree 100% with 99leadballoons here. It would certainly appear to be a concrete fact Jimmy Kendrick was a 10% beneficial owner as of January 12, 2007. (re: PG 2, SEC A, para 2):

- Each beneficial owner having the power to dispose, or direct the disposition of, 10% or more of the class of equity securities of the issuer.

Below that four names:

JD Brown - BO/EO/D
Glenn Harrs - BO/EO/D
Jimmy Kendrick - BO
Karl Malone - BO/D
