CBAI is headed for .000s. Why you ask? Nobody is going to buy shares with an upcoming R/S in the not so distant future. After the R/S it will go even lower like every other OTC stock I've watched after a R/S. That is the time to buy because the Company will not be able to dilute for atleast 20 days while the "D" is attached to its symbol (CBAID). Sorry to say, but current shareholders of CBAI will lose 99.9% of their investment if they hold out after the R/S. It's a damn shame that the loyal shareholders of the Company get the shaft and the new shareholders will be rewarded. If you decide to hold out until after the R/S remember to buy cheap shares on the dip after the R/S so you can recover your losses and even make a profit. GLTA
