John Bulgozdy is a Senior Trial Counsel out of the SEC's LA office. He's been a lawyer for over 22 years. As such, he is probably Leslie Hakala's immediate boss.

Bulgozdy is no stranger to CMKX matters. He participated in the successful SEC suit to revoke the CMKX shares.
