These matters do take time. SA is not just going to take the word of MOP that it is the greatest thing that Allah put on the face of this Earth---or even the greatest thing since sliced bread. They have to do their DD re this product---they have a fiduciary obligation to do so. And it would be my best guess that there was definitely a delay in some matters pending Charles' completion of the foreign patent issues. I am sure that part was very important and probably caused substantial delay in this whole process. JMHO. SS
