The timing coupled with the 500 is a little tough to swallow



I 100% agree with you. 500 to 1 does not reward long term shareholders in the least. 200 to 1 with a company buyback of common stock would have told everyone, no matter what price you got in at, we are in this together. We will take on part of the SS as a company and protect your share value. Now, IMO, Matt has said thanks for financing this to all the little guys, now it is time for us to dump you and move on to the big boys.

I found his video this morning to be relevant, but arrogant!

I need to see more information from Matt otherwise I am a NO vote on the RS and an increased AS post RS.

You can always tell an idiot, but you can't tell them much!
