Don't think that's the case rca.

NIR loans are subject to rule 144. The notes age at least 6 months before they are able to convert. If you're talkin about the HLNT notes which I think you are, those are well past 144 restriction dates. It's old paper. No matter what those HLNT dudes post NIR will not settle unless HLNT starts convertin and does so upon NIR request. That request comes as fast as the previous received shares are dumped and I do mean dumped. NIR doesn't hold shares. This HLNT group is completely clueless as to hoe the funds work. They actually post and some believe that the fund Whalehaven has invested in their company.

There is one chance and one only for HLNT. That is if their last CEO Steven Humphries exposes a shorting of HLNT shares by NIR affiliates. That's a breach of note terms and would sink NIR if the claim sticks. Humphries also worked with Michael Gelmon which screams shortin game to me. Anyone interested in NIR should be watchin Humphries testimony closely. Better yet, watch events cause his testimony won't go public for some time. In the mean time the NIR v HLNT case is movin forward. Humphries was the CEO of HLNT so they may get info fast if that case is used to make shorting claims. The Feds don't share much info though. Especially since Humphries put another convicted fraud felon in place at HLNT when he was caught in the FBI sting. The new dude is Mel Robinson and his history is long and dirty. The HLNT insider posters are doing a poor job of protectin his reputation. All of this just makes the NIR v HLNT case more interestin and important. I believe that HLNT had another game in mind after gettin named in the NIR Complaint. More on that will come.
