I saw something interesting that may shed light on one thing they’re working on:

From the below trademark website came this update last Friday, 2/4:

“Status Update! On Friday, February 4, 2011, status on the ULTIMATE SQUEEGEE trademark changed to PUBLICATION/ISSUE REVIEW COMPLETE”

So, the day they came out with a PR saying they were terminating agreement with WonderPour inventor, there happens to be a status update for the U/S to “complete”. Just a coincidence?

Rachael Ray was filmed last spring (early June 2010 PR), but didn’t air until the fall. The U/S is a Spring/Summer product.

They said in the 9/20 PR that “The Company is engaged in discussions with catalog, retail and other distributors as part of the Company's decision to focus the product on specialty retail distribution channels.” But we’re just really now to the point in the year when distributors would be looking to ramp up this sort of product for the spring/summer seasons.

We’ll have to see if they can execute…
