A market makers goals are fairly straight forward: to make a market.

OLMP isn't making a market. They're selling the remainder of their shares, which isn't many I might add.

The volume is so low and the company is so unrecognized by the public that you'll normally see huge spreads. Essentially this is MMs fishing for buyers or sellers.

Listen, if someone wanted the price down right now, it would be down. 500K shares pushing the bid would knock this down 20% in 5 minutes. There are a few members on this board that could do worse than that if for some reason they needed to exit quickly. They don't because there is huge unrecognized potential here.

What we have is:

1) shareholders just plain bored with the relatively stagnant price after apparently great news after great news

2) a management that knows how to run a company, but has yet to figure out the 'public' part of being a public company, and those shareholders that have made it possible for them to be where they are

3) and a solo-person IR shop that couldn't give two shiatz about what he's supposed to do

This will all be changing soon, imo of course.
