I wouldn't be discouraged just yet; Matt is very clever as we found out from the court hearing. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt here. An R/S is not as bad as it sounds; especially if he has strategic investment lined up waiting...

Edit:

One thing is clear and CERTAIN: DW Healthcare is on OUR side ready, willing, and able to put up large sums of money. One thing Mr. Long has definitely unravelled is that the Bigger Picture involves more than just CBAI; to what extent is still unknown, but it seems to run deep with ties to big pharma. That alone is enough for me to hold on and wait...
