I think he is selling 3's to himself under a different account to make it look like there is selling going on. I know it happens in the treasury market. He is probably first inline on the 3 bid working 500mm on the bid selling small small blocks to get other people to dump so he can get his 3.
However I do not know if the pinks trade first in first out
