Sussmans Strategy IMHO

Sussman is a trial attorney, he's supposed to be quite good..

IMHO, he needs the judge to end this BK case and rule on any unjust POR where he can then take that information and rip it apart at trial in front of a jury.

Only an angry jury who when presented with this act of theft will help us and the american people.

That's why IMHO we have seen such little fight here or any numbers shown because this is just a farce and he's building a case for a later date.

There has been plenty of opportunity to counter act Rosens arguements, so why not? Because Sussman knows this is not the arena to fight or get maximum $$$$$$$

The only downside is as I've said before we're looking at about 5-10 years before this is finished, however I believe the settlement in our favor would be outrageous if this scenario played out.

We still after all this time have not presented any evidence to prove wrongdoing or numbers in our favor...

Either our attorneys are outplayed and totally inept or there is another strategy in hand...
