My take: Dr. Harris does support the platform as an effective counter measure, but she also must remain open to other approaches, and stay independent in her assessment. She may or may not mention Nanoviricides in her address, but if she does she would most likely do so as a part of a list of promising developments that will be discussed over the following 3 days.

Diwan will do the talking for all DengueCide, and he will present the most recent data, including any preliminary findings. I'm certain the conference presentation will be in a PR within 24 hours even if there is no new data, which I doubt there won't be.
