Can someone explain how the fins work. If they are good or even decent will that alone put at a higher pps or are we still controlled solely by MM's and buying pressure? I mean if the fins come in and the value of each share is .03, just to throw a number out, will the pps be .03 or do we have to do the last 2 years over again and hope the investment community likes what it see's.
