I got the email below from an investor. Can someone with Fidelity bring this article over here?

Hi Jim, You will probably not remember "thewaywardbears" (we have only posted a couple of times) but we have
been followers of you and your board(s) since we first bought IDCC in November 1999. Mu dear husband of
45 years passed away in May of last year but am still long and strong but prefer to lurk and remain anonymous.
On February 7 Fidelity posted a small critique of IDCC on line by a group called Audit Integrity Research who
contend that IDCC has a higher accounting and governance risk than 92% of all other American companies.
This just doesn't sound right to me and I would appreciate your asking some other Fidelity user to bring it over to
the board for discussion. I very much appreciate all that you do. Best regards, Julie
