Why can't the stock price hold a gain? What do investors want to see to stay in the stock? Dutchess is paid, IRS is most likely paid, revenue has doubled each year for the last couple years, the company is entering new markets and developing new products left and right which people are buying (on a conference call two quarters ago they talked about development of another training platform, such as shooting out of a helicopter or a sea vessel). I guess the main problem is that O/S has also went up by 2.5x in the last 4 years. But the company bought 5 million shares a year ago, why have they been diluting it further again? I know directors and board members are getting compensation to the total of about 200-300,000 shares a year. Is that the concern?

Does anybody know if the GM sales are on 4Q or 1Q? By the look of the PR and how the simulators were already installed, if Virtra took advanced payments when the contract was signed it may be on 4Q. That could line 4Q up to be nearly $4m in revenue, and possibly nearly a cent in EPS.
