Two trains are at the Y-One has gold bars-The other fading dreams?

Unfortunately, I said Rosie would enter in wrap today or up to Friday. Well he had the filing planned to kill the upswing in commons that started which got up to seven and a half cents and would have continued. This happened just as I thought and then he entered his wrap to kill any momentum. I actually thought he might wait till this evening and I was planning on selling about thirty percent of my commons and repurchase later at a much lower price. I know many people doubted what I was saying, but I was only making a decision based on Rosie’s past actions, but unfortunately he must have been reading our posts.

Now, IMHO the Judge baited the Hedge funds by playing the insider trading card in her opinion and of course the EC has run with this card. Now it seems that the criminals plan is to have us chasing an empty train that has to do with insider trading while the other train speeds away at the fork in the Y towards final POR confirmation. No doubt there will be some challenges for the criminals, but since Rosie kicked the Hedge Funds from the payoff, what good does it do for us to chase that train in the other direction? All the Judge will do is comment that the plan is “fair and reasonable” now since the Hedge Funds are no longer part of the new wrap.

So what now, I ask? Yes, we can chase the Hedge Funds for insider trading, but what about the train that is escaping in the other direction, as without the Hedge Funds this revised wrap is REALLY “fair and more reasonable” according to a Dishonorable Federal Judge. I wonder if Walrath has any clue about the millions of people who have died for our country, making it a safe place for all of us while she trounces the very constitution they have all died for? My, I could NOT live with that and thank God I do not have to.
