Go read the links I showed you yesterday and then go look up the lawsuit.........Serge by contract could have took his football and walked off to do another deal if he wanted to...This thing would have been no bid and ruled a shell and it came real close to that.............

You need to talk with who ever it is that has told you everything and see if they really know what happened because it seems they have not got a cue what went on with the info you have been posting.........
