It's not a real deal! C'mon man anyone can do what they say they are doing. It's like a referal type business they get paid a commission or a flat fee for anyone they refer or get them to build on tere property. If they were the developer that is a whole different story but they are NOT!!!! One of the co founders is Sylvaine Pilault I doubt she we get to involved with anyone or anything with PNMS. I'm sure they would appreciate anyone that can get people out to see the proerty. Have you ever been to Mexico? The folks that pick you up at the airport and try to sell you a time share that is what PNMS is doing. If even that advanced!

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups.
