I was glad that you posted your email report on Ventana Del Pacific. I also contacted Ventana Del Pacific and ask about a contract between them and Panamersa. There is a private marketing agreement between the 2, signed on February 2, 2011. Ventana reported that Panamersa would not be involved in the construction of homes at this time, only in the real estate. Vantana reported that they are the largest and most sucessfull developer in Costa Rica. Now I agree with you, this a a real deal. Hats off to Panamersa.
