jtdii - I suspect the truth is not as postive as you wish it is nor as negative as you fear it may be. They obviously had some notice since Odyssey is updated model. I don't think they knew it was going to be on the cover or how powerful the message it sends might be.

Were they caught compeletly by surprise? No. Do they have thousands of Odysseys ready to go? Probably not. Can they get them in time to take advantage of the opportunity? That is the question. This is also further complicated by the fact that this market is not near to full emergence yet - so EDIGs more gradual buildup of inventory may, inthe long run, serve them and us well.

I see the primary benefit as dispelling the concerns about keeping the doors open, giving us a great opportunity for revenue over the next year, and setting the stage for IFE and telematics efforts, plus others of which we are currently unaware.
