Thunderbolt, sadly, of your 4 options, only #1 seems feasible to me at this point.

It seems clear to me that Jeff has always used IDCN as a dilution ATM, and nothing more. I believe he has diluted several billion since the AS increase last year.

And buying back shares is the inverse of dilution ATM, which has been his steady M.O.

At this point, imo, Jeff will need a very compelling RM to hype and promo help from SCG (which would likely come) to get this back above 0002.

Either that, or the news that Jeff is retiring (on dilution money), and a new CEO is taking over the shell via RM or otherwise. That's what's happening with AMSZ-now-OPHI right now, and seems likely to happen here at some point.

imo, Jeff has burned trust to the point that mustering another rally will require a whole new flock of traders who don't know him. The near-unanimous vitriol on this board the last few months is evidence of that.
