I trust nothing about this court, Real.

But I have a full pot of coffee and I'll be getting my Skype on. It will definitely be interesting to see how this goes. I will venture a prediction for what it's worth (which is nothing). But this would be the logical course (IMO):

1) Delayed ruling on the 3rd Ciruit appeal.
2) Hoffman document gets unsealed.
3) Limited discovery on 2004 granted.
4) Rosen asks for more time to finish "wrap" on GSA. ("Your Honor, we're almost there...")

I'm also placing bets that none of this will happen. Because there is something seriously wrong with this court.
