10/22 - XTend Medical Corporation (XMDC) Secures the BioHarp Patents
"XTend's patent counsel, Knobbe, Martens, Olsen, & Bear, LLC, has successfully been able to secure the transfers of the patents associated with the BioHarp to XTend Medical. Now that the company has secured these patents, it can now move quickly to begin the commercialization of the BioHarp Medical device.
So since they got the patents, and said they were ready to begin commercialization, then WHERE IS IT? Where is any news on the bioharp? If you're a CEO or any realistic business man, you know for a fact you cannot say this type of stuff unless you are trying to mislead people. Don't tell me it's because SL didn't comply. If you're going to say we have patents and we're ready to continue, you FOLLOW through. No instead these patents are essentially worthless right now because xmdc couldn't do anything with them.
If a lawyer told you to say any of this stuff without actually having anything(besides patents), that might be the dumbest lawyer in the world.
