That's because of the multiple 5k and 3k whacks that are worth $20-30 bucks followed by big dumps.

NOW WHY WOULD A CEO SELL 20-30 BUCKS WORTH OF SHARES ONLY TO GET THE PRICE LOWER TO DUMPED MAJOR BLOCKS?

He wouldn't. BUT SHORTS WOULD.

Merger is real - it's special because it means HIGER REVENUES and is a valueable part of NATIONAL EXPANSION.
