Scattered showers will linger into the day.. but end tonight. Daytime highs will be near 50 degrees around much of the west side of the state. Up to .20" of rain is possible. Showers taper off completely tonight.
A Winter Weather Advisory is posted for the Northern Cascades of Oregon and S.W. Washington. Up to a foot of snow is possible throughout the day and tonight. With a deficit in our recent snowpack survey, this is welcome news to skiiers and snowboarders.
A Wind Advisory is posted for the Columbia Basin and Eastern Columbia River Gorge. Expect strong wind gusts near 50 mph...until late in the afternoon.
Tomorrow through Thursday, dry weather and afternoon sunshine returns. Computer models show rain returning for the weekend.
