As for me personally I know the strats are unmanned and constantly monitored. I also assume a "disaster recovery" program is in place. I was curious as to what that DR might be (From a technical standpoint).
But, for the average "non-invested" person, who might get wind of this behemoth in the next week via news, radio or seeing it being shipped to Edwards, and say "what's that". They might ask the question I previously posted.
Is this a bad post on this board? As someone who talks this company and technology up to everyone I know, I would like to intelligently reply to them if and when they asked.

Also, I don't see the connection between the (747's plus) that you mention in your reply. And was the reply meant to be condesending because I took it that way?

These/those aircraft are manned and have a track record and systems already in place. In addition, peoples perception and familiarity with ariplanes are already intact. They know intellectually what the risks are. We know from experience that the planes we see flying all day are more than likely not going to drop on us. I wasn't looking for guarantees just a "what if". If a strat did need to come down then obviously
aircraft in the area are to be notified. What if one comes down "not" at a scheduled time.

My post was not meant to be negative, nor do I feel it comes across as negative. I am deeply invested in this company and read this board daily as well as the header.
I have urged several people to invest as well and to do that comfortably I need to pass onto them all I know as well as instruct them to do their DD.
