There wont be a RS. Here's my logic.

All these recent filings. The new ownership, Anual business, Name change. All take money to do... And there hasnt been any dilution. So the new owner used his own money. A capital investment! to do these things... When he easily could've diluted.
IF there was going to be a RS and toxic financing. The dilution would've been guaranteed to be paying for everything.

I think a more logical approach would be to issue preferred shares for the capital investment. Rather than do a RS. And buy a stake in the company on the open market...

i read on the board here back in october. That the new owner is rich. From doing exactly what he plans to do with Black Castle Developments... Florida realestate Market was the hardest hit, next to maybe california. Both were devestated... Anyways. He is going to be diving into the Florida market when everything in sight is on a 1/2 price sale... There's big money to be made. WITHOUT ripping people off. :)

I can understand the concern for a RS. But there's no need to think the worst, and expect a RS. Like the fear mongers do. they just want to buy more .0001s IMO. I think we can all agree there is risk. And anything can happen here. But the reward could be life changing... I not scared. I'm excited :)
