Lol You don't need to be Steve Jobs or Bill Gates to change the way people do things. People spend 3 hours a day on facebook because of some kid in his dorm room with a grand to spend.
I don't believe bill gates launched 1-800-free-411 and now everyone uses that rather then the one that costs you.
People will always do whats easier automatically, and remembering then recalling phone numbers is harder then just texting that companies name to a number. I don't think you need market research to tell you that.
The real hurdle is for people just to remember Go800 or 46800, but that's not hard and they will through repetition quickly and the rest will just take time... good company slogan...
