Would they? Sounds good, but we don't really know that because no one has applied accepted market research tools to determine public acceptance of Go800 as an alternative to established communication means. And even if that were proven true, we don't know that businesses will accept the process. For example, a 6 second call-back feature for many businesses would be an incredible additional overhead expense; there's a reason that businesses queue their calls.
No question that Go800 works. But, what we are talking about is changing public behavior on a massive scale. That is no mean feat considering historically only a very few (a Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, or a Sam Walton) have been able to do.
