Too many of these stocks R/S and claim they are a "new" company. That just screws the old longs. Most companies fail who start that way, so I sure hope there is no R/S to begin with. Bring the pps up first, then consider a R/S if that helps an uplisting in the future. If they start with a R/S there will be a loss of trust by current holders. JMO
