The reason the dilution (good call btw) is concerning is because the stock doesn't trade enough volume, especially buy volume at the ask, to absorb the new shares. If it traded 5 m a day fine, but it doesn't. The promo was supposed to bring in the volume, but obviously its been a disaster.
