I agree with you that some questions do not get answers. I asked how can XMDC afford to manufacture the BioHarp when they have to put up the patents to pay the lawyers? No one seems to know the answer. Assume he wins the case- OK- now what?

I'm not saying this can't make another run. It could see a group of day traders come in- pump it up and create a nice 3 day rally. I just no longer see how this is a long term hold.
